Since 2000, I’ve been immersed in the culinary world. In 2011, I opened a restaurant in Boston, which thrived until 2017.
After moving to Seattle, I explored the city’s rich food scene and, in 2020, returned to the kitchen with renewed passion.
With decades of experience and a fresh perspective, I continue crafting flavorful, authentic dishes inspired by my journey through two vibrant food cities.
